Vic Hancock Fell

Fair Collective

Overview

Vic has worked in the small charity sector for 15 years as a Co-Founder, Volunteer, Trustee, Senior Leader, Consultant and Trainer.

Having worked exclusively within smaller charities both as a senior leader and Trustee, Vic has been responsible for all areas of charity management from fundraising and governance to programme management and evaluation, but she specialises in strategy, organisational development and training.

She is the Founder of Fair Collective, a social enterprise that provides affordable consultancy to socially purposed organisations. Fair Collective works with organisations of all sizes, but specialises in smaller organisations. 50% of their profits are donated to very small organisations through pro bono consulting. Through Fair Collective, Vic also runs the Small Charity Leaders Club - a 6-month online peer learning course for small charity leaders.

Her approach to consultancy is bold, honest, clear, friendly and fun. Her clients and colleagues have described Vic as a “crystal clear thinker” who “wears a crisis like a Chanel coat”. She loves to problem solve, convene, collaborate and turn chaos into order.
