Paul Rhodes Consulting
I work closely with charities and foundations to help them tell their stories in the most compelling, honest and authentic ways. A social researcher for over 25 years, for the past 14 I have specialised in impact evaluation and impact practice.
Impact practice involves setting up a tailored approach to monitoring and evaluation that is built to last, over time giving organisations the achievements and learning needed to improve, and draw in other investors and collaborators. I’ve worked with large organisations, such as People’s Postcode Lottery to do this, as well as medium and smaller charities. I am a skilful workshop host and facilitator, creating an impact framework can be enjoyable too. As an independent evaluator, I can add insight and increased authority to your evidence. Clients value my perspective on what works when making important decisions. While I have interviewed and worked with people in very senior roles, I have a particular interest and flair for talking with staff, residents, young people and families and volunteers. I am an empathetic and skilful qualitative researcher, and still love carrying out interviews and focus groups. I regularly work with Judith Courts who is a highly experienced charity bid writer, whose skills are very complimentary to mine. I am happy to discuss potential projects and contribute my evaluation expertise to funding bids.Rotherham Federation
