Overview

Marisa started Lovell-Fox Fundraising in May 2021 with a desire to share her extensive experience and knowledge of fundraising to help charities undertake excellent and professional fundraising.

Marisa has worked with a number of small and medium-sized charities, helping them to implement fundraising programmes either from scratch or supporting what’s already in place.


Clients

Marisa works primarily with small and medium sized charities, supporting them with fundraising strategy, audit, Trusts and Foundations, Case for Support, Mentoring Fundraisers, Community Fundraising, Development of Legacy Programmes and preparing for Capital Appeals.

Previous clients include: Hospices, Child Bereavement Charity, Community Transport Charity, NHS Charitable Fund a Hospital Hotel, Debt Advice Charity and a Life Saving Charity


Qualifications

Marisa has completed the Institute of Fundraising’s - Fundraising Certificate and Diploma, NEBOSH Health and Safety Qualification and a Level 5 in Leadership and Management.


Experience

Marisa is an experienced fundraiser with over 16 years of hands-on experience across multiple fundraising income streams, including: Trusts and Foundations, Events, Community, Corporate, Major Donors and Legacy Fundraising.

Her experience has been drawn from a diverse range of sectors, including: International Development, health, social welfare and disability.

She has worked alone in fundraising and also managed large teams. She possess a real "can do" attitude and is very used to working at a strategic level and also rolling her sleeves up and getting involved at a practical level.
