Master of Business Administration (MBA); degree in psychology; certificate in managing in non-profit making organisations; IT diploma.


Experience

Interim CEO:
Age UK Wandsworth – Successful negotiations with the CCG and Local Authority on a new 3 year contract and transfer of our Local Authority contracts to the CCG. Assessment of the structure and stability of the organisation. Increased sustainability by securing grants worth £220,000
Age UK Richmond upon Thames – Enabled Age UK Richmond to secure a £4 million contract leading a partnership of 20 organisations.
Age UK Bexley – Developed a strategy and business plan. .
London Voluntary Service Council (LVSC) – Achieved financial stability through the securing of current contracts and new contracts worth £500,000. Developed an income generating business model for the HR service.
River House Trust – Secured long-term sustainability through organisational re-structure and secured contracts in excess of £250,000.
Age Concern Kensington & Chelsea - Successful merger from feasibility study to implementation.
Haringey Association of Voluntary and Community Organisations (HAVCO) - Managed the organisation.
Kensington & Chelsea Social Council (the CVS) - Re-established organisational reputation following a period of uncertainty. Mentoring, management and development of staff.
Sutton Centre for Independent Living and Learning (SCILL) - Improved efficiency and reduced costs to ensure sustainability following a major funding cut without compromising level of service provision or quality.
