I'm a Volunteer Involvement and Trust Fundraising specialist. My main work involves supporting national charities, sporting governing bodies and infrastructure bodies in the research and development of volunteer strategies and volunteer development plans.
I also carry out research projects into how organisations can recruit and empower volunteer movements. and volunteer programme evaluations.
In addition I provide organisations with trustee recruitment and induction support and comprehensive Trust and Foundation fundraising services

I have 18 years experience in the not for profit sector and have been consulting since 2018. My background is in the strategic involvement of volunteers and I was previously responsible for volunteering in senior roles at Parkinsons UK and England Netball.
I am an Associate Volunteer Strategy Consultant with NCVO and have delivered training for the Association of Volunteer Management.
I also have extensive experience in fundraising from trusts and foundations in previous roles, and completed a MSc in fundraising in 2016.
Around half of my consultancy work has been raising funds for charities and CICs, with an 85% success rate in 2022.
