Jane Heard



Jane is a highly motivated Human Resources professional with a diverse range of skills and excellent Employment Law knowledge. Jane works collaboratively to achieve success through strategic and operational planning, development and implementation. Jane is passionate about supporting organisations and projects that enhance people’s lives and generate social change.


Jane has worked primarily with small and medium sized charities and other voluntary organisations with wide-ranging charitable objectives and areas of operation. Sector specific examples include domestic abuse, older people, community support, healthcare and social enterprises.


Jane has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB (Hons)) from Cardiff University and Certificates of Legal Studies and Legal Research from Open University Business School. She is also an NOCN qualified and accredited workplace mediator and a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.


Jane has worked in human resources for 12 years and has a special interest in policy, employee relations, change management and dispute resolution. Jane is a Trustee of her local Age Connects charity which aims to reduce poverty, loneliness and isolation for older people by providing information, activities and increasing independence of the service user.
