Jack Scriven

Overview

I am dedicated to delivering enterprising and impactful solutions for mission-focused organisations. With a deep interest in applying data-driven approaches, lean start-up methodologies, agile practices, and human-centred design thinking, I have successfully delivered a wide range of projects, particularly in designing digital, circular economy, and social enterprise solutions.

I am skilled in strategy, business, and operational planning, as well as product and project management. I have also developed a range of facilitation skills, such as running design and innovation sprints and facilitating change.

My career began working with several leading organisations, including Sky, HCT Group, JustGiving, and EnviroBuild.

More recently, I founded the consultancy business VirtuCircle.org and collaborated with a range of impact-focused organisations, such as FoodConnect, Thrift Plus, the Big Give, and Toast Ale, while offering social enterprise coaching. I also serve as a board advisor to WYK Digital, a youth digital training social enterprise and online fitness challenge fundraising platform Umbali.org.

I am a fully qualified CIMA accountant and hold an MA in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh. I am committed to learning and development, continually looking to expand my practice and expertise. My diverse background and expertise enable me to create lasting, positive change for organisations in the mission-led sector.
