Overview

An experienced HR consultant with a proven track record designing and delivering commercial and practical solutions to my clients, typically focused on EVP, career architecture, reward strategy, pay and benefits design, HR policy development, and function governance and effectiveness. My consulting career was built on a career in industry working with senior leaders to reshape businesses through the way they engage with their employees. I am a partner in a global HR consultancy, where I work with large/international nonprofits. I am also a co-founder of Talex, a nonprofit organisation that only advises other nonprofits on HR/people management matters.
