Anne-Hélène Sinha

Overview

With over 15 years of experience in the social sector, Anne-Helene is passionate about supporting social entrepreneurship in all its varied forms.

She has over 10 years of consulting experience in various strategic management consultancies. She has worked for the board and leadership team of many social enterprises, charities and grant making trusts, corporate and government bodies. She has helped them draw their strategies, diversify their income streams, apply for funding or investment and grow successfully. She has also delivered a number of enterprise skills programmes, which has allowed her to mentor personally over 30 individual entrepreneurs.

Through her work at CAF Venturesome, she gained deep insight in the social investment space, having oversight of the Investment team, Venturesome’s 4 social investment funds and portfolio. In particular, she led on the design, and launch of two new Funds, raising over £4M of both philanthropic capital and grants, and was recognised as one of the top 100 women in social enterprise (WISE 100) in 2023 for her work.
She enjoys volunteering as a Trustee at Hatch Enterprise UK since 2021, and coaching and mentoring young professionals working in the not-for-profit sector. She also sits on various social investment and grant committees.
