SaaSy Software helps non-profits and mission-driven organisations buy, build or integrate the *right* software. Having worked with both large public sector organisations such as UKRI (formerly Innovate UK), charities and non-profit startups, we understand the procurement and budgetary constraints to work within.
Led by Andreea, the team work on everything from requirements gathering and business cases for new software (such as Asana or similar), procurement, working with the vendor and internal teams, and implementing something sensible that actually works for the end users. They take a pragmatic, hands-on, problem-solving approach and don't take on projects for the sake of work.
We also specialise in reviewing existing software tools and processes, evaluating and recommending options for improvements (particularly to free up valuable resource to do their actual day jobs, not waste time on admin), and helping implement those.
We're really good at project managing and rescuing stuck tech and software projects (or helping with new ones), and can work on everything from off-the-shelf enterprise software, to custom integrations, to completely bespoke builds (if something doesn't already exist to fit the bill!).
