Amanda Vickers

I’ve enjoyed applying my professional skills to supporting Charities and Social Enterprises to start, grow and thrive for over thirty years. I’m passionate about generating income from grants, contracts and trading. I'm able to work with senior staff and Boards to measure outcomes, and evaluate and report on impact; leading to more contracts. As a freelancer for the last three years I've worked mainly with national charities (see my Client List) but I also love to work with young organisations who are just setting out. I'm a writer, a data nerd, and an insightful thinker.Skills include:* working strategically with Management Teams to shape services* working with Boards to define and stay on-mission* researching client or user circumstances to design the right services* generating income for sustainability through grants, contracts and trading* helping organisations demonstrate their effectiveness using impact measurement
