Tetramorph Ltd

I work with charities, boards, and senior leaders to help organisations think clearly about governance, strategy, processes and organisational voice. This can include advising trustees and CEOs, supporting leadership teams through periods of change, helping organisations communicate their work with greater clarity, or providing experienced perspective when difficult decisions need to be made.

My approach is pragmatic and reflective. Many organisations already understand their challenges; what they often need is space, external perspective, and experienced judgement to help them see the whole picture and move forward with confidence.

I also offer communications strategy, planning and writing, including strategic documents, funding propositions, and narrative development.

I’m particularly interested in supporting organisations with meaningful purpose and where processes need to do the heavy lifting rather than over-reliance on the goodwill of frontline workers.

Qualifications

These days my approach is grounded less in theory and more in practice: leading charities, serving as a trustee, volunteering in recovery services, and advising organisations under pressure. That combination of leadership and lived experience shapes how I help organisations think clearly about responsibility, governance, and the human consequences of their decisions.

Experience

I am in long-term recovery from addiction, and that lived experience informs how I approach leadership, responsibility, and work with organisations operating in complex or sensitive areas.

As CEO of Rehabit, I have helped establish and lead a small addiction charity providing free counselling and peer support to people who would otherwise have little access to help. The role involves building partnerships, shaping strategy, service delivery, developing safe referral pathways, and ensuring the organisation is governed carefully while working with people facing complex challenges.

I also deliver powerful talks and training sessions that bust the myths of addiction.

Alongside this I serve as a trustee and director of The Counselling Foundation, a £2 million counselling and training organisation. I chair their clinical and ethics committee and am trustee lead for marketing and communications.

In parallel I work as a communications adviser and writer, supporting organisations with strategy, narrative, and difficult communications.

For eight years I was peer support lead within the addiction treatment programme at The Priory North London, working closely with clinical teams and contributing to governance discussions around service delivery and patient support.

I set up and chaired a London-based committee within a major addiction recovery fellowship to address sexual predatory behaviour and provide guidance and support. It was the first ever committee of its kind within that fellowship in the UK and has attracted international interest.

Earlier in my career I spent more than twenty years at BT advising leadership teams during major transformation programmes.
