Sarah E Frost Associates: Evaluation and Learning for Social Change

I’m a freelance evaluation and learning specialist with a passion for people, community and social change. My approaches are values driven and strength based.

I’ve worked in and with the voluntary / community sector and public sector for over 30 years. I’ve been freelance since 2013 and have been lucky enough to work with a wide range of organisations, on a variety of projects and programmes, addressing an array of issues and supporting many different target groups and communities of interest.

I have managed numerous projects and completed evaluations of a range of social change projects involving various target communities and stakeholders. I have worked alongside many community-based organisations as both an evaluator and supporting practice development.

I am experienced in mentoring and participatory learning approaches, including action learning sets and have held several roles as ‘learning partner’ to grant-funded programmes.

My interests include; health and wellbeing, health inequalities, children and families, women and girls, asset-based community development, social capital

I love learning new stuff and meeting new people so if you think we could work together or want to know more – I’d love to hear from you.
