Qualifications
BA, MSc, MBA (Master in Business Administration) – with Distinction
I am a Chartered Manager – Fellow (CMgr FCMI).
Experience
I bring to my consultancy wide-ranging experience as a non-profit CEO and Board member. I have dealt with extensive strategic/financial/governance and other challenges, led turnarounds and steered organisations through challenging times – all while, delivering significant organisational improvements, including strengthening board-executive relationships, leading strategic reviews, improving financial stability, and enhancing staff engagement.
As a consultant, I have supported charities and social enterprises with strategy, governance, income generation, financial resilience, leadership – and much more!
