Following a general management career in the private sector, I have over 20 years’ experience as a consultant, facilitator, trainer, and coach focusing on management and organisational development, specialising in strategy and impact, business and project management, finance, governance and change. From a background in psychology, marketing and professional services, I have extensive experience of designing and delivering successful outcome-oriented, solutions-focussed, development and capacity-building programmes with a range of audiences in the UK and internationally. I have lived and worked in Europe, Africa, and North America; have been a UK charity Trustee and Chair.
