Antworks Community is a collaborative freelance consultancy. Our mission is to provide high quality, value-based mentoring and practical support to individuals and organisations working to deliver social inclusion and social justice. We provide independent insight and support to individuals and groups of people, at work or as volunteers, working for positive change for people and the environment.

I’m a founder employee; CEO; Board Member; and advisor with first hand experience in charity management from the ground up; an experienced leader and collaborator with skills and knowledge in governance; mission, leadership and power sharing; business planning; funding; research; policy and practice; engagement; strategic influencing and understanding impact.
I have served on advisory panels for academic research (De Montford, Dundee), the National Lottery Community Fund and Ministry of Housing Communities and Local Government. I have unlocked £5m+ funds from central government, local government, trusts and foundations through grants and commissioning for charities and community initiatives.
