David Wreford
I am a reward consultant focused almost entirely on helping UK-based nonprofit organisations develop the most compelling proposition, that attracts and excites the ideal workforce for optimum cost. Operationally this means developing job frameworks, broad reward principles, pay structures and benefit programmes, as well as many of the intangibles like flexible/hybrid working arrangements. I am interested in the design and execution of these programmes, including the definition of governance principles, developing HR and people management capabilities, as well as the communications necessary to engage employees in these programmes.
