I am an operations leader, coach and consultant. I help mission-driven organisations build high-performance cultures. I offer coaching for leaders, and I build systems for organisations to use.

An organisation’s culture is shaped strongly by two things: the way it is led, and the systems it has in place. Systems include things like processes, policies, procedures and tools. Doing these basic things the right ways not only solves a current problem, it builds a stronger organisations by embedding the right culture.
