Integrity Executive Coaching

Overview

I founded my business 3 years ago with a mission to enable purpose driven organisations to succeed. My business is centred around executive coaching and I undertake consultancy services, using a coaching approach. In all my experience, time and again I have proven that a coaching approach delivers better and more sustainable outcomes.

I only work with ethical and purpose driven organisations, predominantly in the VCS. I also work with some start-ups and micro businesses in the sustainability space. I’ve worked for purpose-driven organisations my whole working life and I know just how hard it can be to stay motivated when it feels like everything is against you and your mission.

My unique background in performance management, sustainability and executive coaching enables me to cut through the noise and help you define tangible, actionable steps to improve and achieve your outcomes. One of my key strengths is my ability to quickly get to the root of the issue and identify sustainable outcomes. I am used to working in complex and challenging contexts and am able to quickly cultivate effective relationships, generate insights and clarity to provide assurance to my clients.

I am passionate about operating with integrity, ensuring good governance, enabling effective performance and delivering results.

Coaching is now a fundamental aspect of the way in which I operate because of the lasting positive and repeatable results that are achieved, through effective behaviour change strategies.

Areas of expertise
I have worked in the performance, sustainability and renewable energy sectors undertaking feasibility reports for local authority and social housing clients for renewable energy projects. My extensive knowledge of sustainability means I can support organisations to define what it means to them in a tangible way addressing both financial and environmental sustainability. I also have extensive experience in risk management and assurance and Technology & Data having led several IT and data projects and teams.

Sector experience
My experience spans public and third sectors, social housing, FE and HE, employment and careers services, sustainability as well as commercial and Private Equity companies. More recent experience working for a large UK children’s charity and large UK Fund means I have comprehensive working knowledge of grant-making and reporting requirements as they relate to strategic objectives and corporate plans.

Executive level experience
I was an elected Board member for the Solar Trade Association (now Solar Energy UK) and was an Executive Director for social enterprise playing a pivotal role in their strategy and business development, and leading an organisational change process through to successful completion.
