Overview

Tracey Fletcher Consulting works with charities and social enterprises to help them to flourish by providing support around strategy development, charity governance, risk management, fundraising, project development, interim management and CEO/Director mentoring.

Tracey's overall aim is to guide you to achieving your organisational goals - her expertise and personal experience involves solving the type of problems or challenges that you may currently have and need help with to improve your organisation’s effectiveness such as:

  • troubleshooting to deal with issues quickly
  • setting up and initial management of projects
  • fundraising planning and bid writing
  • strategy planning
  • building stronger organisations
  • improving governance.

Tracey is passionate about supporting the development of small and medium sized charities and social enterprises and will bring clarity, professionalism and an ‘easy to work with’ approach.


Clients

Our clients are primarily small and medium sized charities and social enterprises as they find it harder to access the right support within the resources they have available, and it also where our passion lies for helping charities to bring about the transformation they want to achieve.

Experience

Tracey Fletcher Consulting was set up in 2011 by Tracey, a former CEO and experienced Trustee/Non-Executive Director of national and local charities, enterprises and national health boards. She brings over 30 years experience of working in the not for profit sector in a range of fields including housing and community regeneration/homelessness, youth, environment, women, international development and more.

Tracey has served on a number of charity boards including the YMCA, Aston Mansfield, Dame Kelly Holmes Trust, Family Holiday Association and NHS Board and brings all her knowledge, experience and expertise to her work with clients.

She has constructively supported Boards and organisations, leading on organisational change, major capital and ongoing revenue fundraising, partnership working across sectors, people and financial management and governance. She has a particular interest and success in helping to turn around organisations experiencing difficulties and in providing support to the lead officer/CEO.

Support has also been provided in preparing reports (annual reports, evaluation of services, analysis of organisations and more). Tracey is currently a Trustee of a grant giving Foundation.
