Overview

I offer a consultancy / project management service. I have been freelance for 4 years but have worked within operations and compliance for over 20 years.

What do I do? I help charities to review and improve how they are operating to make sure they aren't wasting money, time and resource and that they are as streamlined and as effective as they possible can be to make the best use of that vital fundraising.

How do I do this? I often refer to myself as the organisational equivalent of a master mechanic. That’s because I’m the person who not only lifts up the bonnet of the charity to assess what’s ticking over nicely, and what’s all jammed up, but who also applies years’ worth of project management experience to fix the things that are misfiring.

I’m a specialist at organisational streamlining which essentially means that I use my skills to identify wasteful processes, blockages, mistakes, and misdirected energies within systems, and I fix them too. Quickly.

That might involve working with on a CRM system or GDPR compliance. It might mean setting up effective HR, Health & Safety or Finance systems or even giving an organisation an overall health check (MOT).
