Overview

I'm an experienced third sector leader, based in London UK. I have 30 years’ senior policy, strategic, operational, people management and leadership experience in housing, campaigning, infrastructure and welfare advice and advocacy charities. After five years as a successful CEO at Citizens Advice Wandsworth, I became a freelance consultant in 2018 and have since undertaken a variety of funding, research, interim leadership, change and merger management assignments.

I'm committed to social justice, tackling inequality, disadvantage and discrimination. I value generosity, quality, creativity and accountability. My skills and experience lie in organisational and project management, communications, strategy, policy analysis, evaluation and impact research. I'm skilled in facilitation, funding and commissioning bid development, change management, merger management and relationship building.
