Meg Wright

Meg Wright Consultancy

I have worked in the voluntary sector for over 20 years, four of those as an independent consultant.

I work with a range of organisations providing interim leadership and consultancy. I particularly focus on reviewing governance and supporting boards; facilitating strategic reviews and developing plans; change management.

I have led organisations through tumultuous times and supported the boards and staff team through transformative change to enable them to look to the future with confidence. I believe very much in harnessing the capability and talent within organisations.

Skilled in facilitating boards and teams, harnessing energy to create strategic direction; providing space to reflect, listen, learn, build and develop. Equally at ease providing services in-person or on-line
