I have over 25 years of experience working with both clients and agencies, serving as senior leaders and trustees/board members. My understanding of the structure, motivation, and necessary delivery for charities today is unparalleled.

I have experience across numerous sectors in the charity industry, including education, mental health, social care, sports and wellbeing, cancer treatment, addiction, and learning disabilities, among others. I have a proven track record of conducting governance reviews, system design and review, monitoring and evaluation, including impact assessment, clinical assessment, economic performance review, strategy development, business planning, market research and marketing strategy development, culture development, organisational repositioning, business planning, internal staff engagement, income generation/fundraising, and stakeholder/shareholder engagement.
