Linda Laurance

Overview

The not-for-profit sector has been the central focus of my working life and I bring to my consultancy first-hand experience as a former chief executive together with a range of chairmanships, and a deep understanding of the environment in which charities and social enterprises are operating. I focus on governance, strengthening internal relationships, facilitating strategic discussions, mediating interpersonal disagreements, and supporting chairs and chief executives through mentoring.

Clients

The majority of my clients are in the not-for-profit sector - charities and social enterprises - ranging from small local organisations to organisations with sizeable incomes, including students’ unions, single issue support charities, and campaigning organisations. Where mediation and facilitation are concerned client confidentiality precludes my identifying them by name.
