Katy Taylor Ltd
I have a strong track record of strategic and operational development of small to medium charities, with particular specialisms in the women's sector. I am passionate about ensuring the sustainability of smaller, community-led organisations - often through developing (equality-based) partnerships - and supporting them to increase the accessibility of the services they provide to marginalised communities.
I am a strong communicator both in person and in writing; I bring empathy, skill and knowledge to help organisations reflect and grow.
Much of my work involves evaluating services' impact and how they evidence this, often to help them develop their theory of change or strategic plan or to secure funds.
I also quality assess organisational policy and practice, working constructively to identify and address challenges.
I have a strong research, practitioner and consultation background and so recommendations and development plans are always evidence based and service-user led.
