Creative Help Ltd

Overview

As a co-director of Creative Help, I work with clients who need additional support, usually in an area where there is lack of time or expertise.

Previously a senior manager/chief executive in theatre and dance, I now work more broadly across the third sector. I am also a Trustee of three charities.

As a trained mentor, coach, and facilitator, I always listen first and get to know my clients, helping to clearly delineate the challenges that confront them, and work out how I can most effectively provide support – often, the immediate challenge is the symptom not the cause. For example, staff being overwhelmed with work might be a lack of focus around the company’s purpose resulting in it taking on more and more projects.

The purpose of my support is ultimately to bring clarity of focus to an area of my client’s work – are company policies and procedures fit for purpose?  Is board recruitment open to the most diverse expertise available? Does the business plan make sense to your stakeholders?

I work through a blend of mentoring, facilitation, research, workshops, whatever it takes to support you – I don’t work from templates, I respond to your needs. I find this makes a project more relevant and rewarding for everyone concerned.
