Overview

Through its specialist brand B3sixty, Direct Reports Ltd offers specialist, independent workplace investigation and dispute resolution services (including mediation, assisted negotiation) and related training and support.

Under the banner of Direct Reports Ltd. we also offer more general management and HR consultancy, in particular organisational reviews and practical support for organisational change.


Clients

We have clients, many long standing, in all parts of the not-for-profit sector as well as in education (especially higher education). For obvious reasons of confidentiality we do not name our clients publicly; however many are willing to provide a recommendation for our services, on request.


Qualifications

Clive has a BA in Politics and a MA in Contemporary European Studies from Reading University, a Diploma in Industrial Relations from Westminster University and a MBA from Sussex University. He is a longstanding Member of CIPD, and a Fellow of the RSA.


Experience

Clive has worked in human resources in the UK and internationally for 35 years, latterly as HR Director at University of the Arts London. He left UAL in 2010 to set up Direct Reports Ltd/B3sixty. Clive has a special interest and expertise in employment and industrial relations, both at a policy level and in "hands on" experience of implementing effective processes for preventing or dealing with disputes. He has either commissioned or conducted numerous workplace investigations, and has been involved in resolving many individual and collective disputes. Clive is a Trustee of the Joshua Hayday Helping Hand Trust which supports families of children with life-limiting conditions.
