Framework
Catherine believes in the power of people working together for change. Her practice as a facilitator, trainer and consultant is based on 35 years’ experience working in roles from front line refugee relief, to founder of a local NGO support organisation in Iran and from manager of a multi-agency consortium to board member of a local youth club in the UK.
Since starting her freelance work in 2000, she has focussed on capacity building practice for small and medium sized organisations. – including organisational assessments, capacity building plans, developing strategy, building management skills and safeguarding . Most recently she has been training consultants who are supporting organisational change with NGOs.
Catherine is a member of Framework, a values-based collective of consultants who work exclusively with the voluntary sector. Framework members support each other to reflect, learn and improve through sharing experiences and developing new tools and approaches together.
