Supporting CEOs through uncertainty

Work with CEOs and senior managers has never been more vital for sustaining individuals and organisations in the third sector. With the added pressure of the pandemic and remote working strong supportive relationships between consultants and CEOs are more critical than ever.

In this workshop members Julia Kaufmann and Catherine Squire will provide valuable insight into working with voluntary sector CEOs and SMTs during the challenges of the Covid pandemic, and beyond. They will focus on learning through reflection and sharing experiences, issues and approaches.
