We all “sell” something. Whether you are pitching ideas to stakeholders or running your own business – being able to lead the conversation is important. If you want to secure more business and avoid having to reduce your prices in order to do so, this workshop is for you. Sometimes it happens that we indirectly position ourselves as a “supplier” instead of as a trusted advisor and partner.
In this workshop, led by facilitator Ciara Feely we will discuss Value Creation Conversation Skills and the Art of Listening. You’ll gain a framework to help you lead the conversation and position you as a partner and clarity on the value you bring to your clients, as well as learning how to gain a deeper understanding of your clients and their pain points and how to listen to understand rather than to respond.
